Heckaman Homes has been building true modular homes, and nothing but modular homes, since 1969.  They use only top-quality materials, and their building process is second to none.  They install only name brand products in their custom homes, such as Merrilat Cabinets, Congoleum Flooring, Andersen Windows, Certainteed Shingles, etc.  Their service and support is excellent; in fact, here at Ben Gutierrez Builders, we don't sell anything else, because no other manufacturer comes close to Heckaman in terms of quality, reliability, and service.
